Amazing opportunity for career development within HR. Working within a medium sized HR team you will be the go to person for managers within the business who have HR related questions. You will be reporting to the HR manager who has a lot of experience within different industries in human resources. She is a manager who inspires her employees instead of micro manages them.
Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
- Advising managers on Employee Relations
- Assisting with the complete employee lifecycle
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Managing HR queries
To be successful in this role you would need at least 3 years experience in a similar HR role. Experience with Workday or a SAP based HRIS is preferred.
