Your Role
We are seeking candidates with a passion for customer service and relationship building. You will be directly supporting Territory Sales Representatives with Sales, Customer Service, and Account Management by developing and maintaining strong relationships as well as generating leads and new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call Pharmacies Australia-wide introducing pharmaceutical products
- Outbound calls to warm and cold leads to set appointments
- Provide professional support and customer service to customers calling in
- Generating new leads and CRM maintenance
- Occasional face to face client meetings with Territory Sales Representative
- Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Representatives
