Randstad would like to hear from any candidates with 2 or more years experience with forklift driving, 2 years experience on an order picker and also experience unloading/loading containers using a forklift. This role is busy with new containers being delivered every day to the warehouse door. You will be required to move stock, pick/pack orders and do general stores work.
The right candidates will be a hard worker and a team player. This role is a temporary ongoing position and for the right candidates can be permanent. Candidates must have both LF and LO licenses and be available immediately with own transport.
Responsibilities:
- Operation of forklift and order picker (LF&LO License)
- Loading and unloading of containers - hand and forklift
- Ensuring safe practices when moving stock
- Interpret paperwork for correct packing/unpacking of containers
- Prioritise work depending on dispatch requirements
- Abide by safety requirements
Selection Criteria:
- 2 or more years in a similar role
- Forklift license - LF/LO
- Car and license - be reliable
- Looking for a long term career option
