Our client are an established Commercial Contractor, with a great name in the market.


ABOUT THE POSITION.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, as a Project Manager you will be responsible will be responsible for managing the time, cost, and quality of this project whilst playing a pivotol role and being a part of the senior management team.

DUTIES.

  • WHS management
  • Programming
  • Budgeting
  • Cost control
  • Forecasting
  • Client management


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

  • Strong Project Management experience on commercial scale projects
  • Experience on new builds, preferably over $20m
  • Tertiary Qualification in a building related discipline
  • Excellent client liaison ability and strong networks
  • Strong problem solving, time management and communication skills
  • Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
