Our client based in Forrestfield is looking to bring on additional Labourers with a forklift licence to assist with last minute casual shifts. Both AM and PM shifts available 2-3 days a week or depending on the volume of work.
This casual last minute agreement would suit someone who is looking for extra money, students or someone working alongside another agency doing casual work.
Working within a busy warehouse environment, you will be predominantly refuribishing of pallets and helping with the physical labour aspect ofthings, You must have at least 6 months recent experience within a physically demanding role and be able to commit to a minimum of 7.6 hours a shift. Having a forklift licence will open the door to more opportunities to be trained up to load and unload of the wagons.
Shifts may vary from 4 to 10 hours per day dependent on the time of the year and work load and may vary between 2-3 days per week or as when needed. It is important that you are able to commit to these hours regardless if it is less or more.
AM Shift: Can start as early as 4:00am
PM Shift: Can start as early as 1:00pm
Skills/Experience
- Minimum 6 months in a physically demanding role
- Police Clearance Required (Or willing to obtain)
- Forklift Licence required
- Ability to work a minimum of 4 hours but able to commit to 7.6 hour plus
- Work well in a small team environment
- Warehouse experience is desirable
Our client requires someone who is reliable, punctual, flexible and committed. You will need to be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to work to strict deadlines.
