This international household name is currently searching for a customer service administrator to join their team in their Parramatta location. The company is known not just throughout Australia but internationally by leading the way and by having their Australian made products known as being at the highest standard throughout their manufacturing facilities.
Your New Role
A typical day in your new role will involve providing a comprehensive range of service related assistance to business customers in Australia via phone and email. You will follow up on customer quotes, order and enquiries professionally and comprehensively. Operating as an integral part of the wider customer support team, you will be building rapport with key internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis to help in achieving continuous improvement and enhancing customer experience.
What You Will Need To Succeed
The successful applicant is an individual who is motivated, energetic, and keen to learn with a passion for customer service. You will be within a busy environment and continue to strive for a friendly and exceptional experience for stakeholders.
- Previous experience in customer orientated role
- Experience in order processing or CRM system would be desirable
- SAP desirable.
- Active involvement in a team based environment with a strong orientation
