With over 14,000 employees, this business is one of New Zealand's largest with most of their staff being on the ground. We're currently recruiting their new administrator due to an internal promotion - this position will be supporting the engineering team, the planning and performance team as well as the running of the office.

Key duties

  • Managing and scheduling meetings/appointments/functions/conferences including invitations, agenda, venue, catering, travel arrangements and document distribution prior to meeting;
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support which includes but is not limited to receptionist duties, word processing, filing and spreadsheet work;
  • Arranging travel and accommodation as required for other staff members;
  • Ensuring quality customer service is given to external and internal customers;
  • Developing and maintaining of an administration business process manual;

What we require from you

  • Experience in administration/coordination;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment with a can do attitude;
  • Computer savvy and proficient with MS OFFICE;
  • Have valid work rights for New Zealand for at least 12 months;

With an on-site gym, a central Auckland location and free parking on-site, this position start immediately and will go until December 2019.
